What stops you from getting started?
Sometimes I sit here and wonder what do I want to write about. What is worth saying or better yet, what is worth you actually reading? So if you are already working your own customer retention strategy and it's working for you... stop reading and carry out your day. If you're not, then keep reading.
This blog is for the people or companies that literally are missing the boat when it comes to customer retention. I started Touch because years ago I saw a need within smaller companies that had no marketing department. Not unusual since most companies really didn't need to market so much to their customer base. Most customer were kind of protected in the sense that when they needed something they called their phone company.
Not anymore. It doesn't work like that. Your customers are getting emails daily from companies like Ring Central, Nextiva, 8X8 etc. How did your customers get on their list you ask? Well, that's for another blog. But trust me, they have our customers in their database. and they are vigorously marketing to them.
You can probably already relate to the fact that many of your customers have already left you. If they haven't then there is still time to get into the machine.
So here's the deal. You don't have any marketing skills right? You also don't have a budget to hire a marketing person correct? Ok that's where Touch comes in. We know this industry and we know how to best protect your assets.
