We started doing testimonial videos back on 2019. Pandemic was just getting ready to change our way of life. It was a great time to start these projects for our clients because it allowed us to accomplish this in a way that was now becoming acceptable. I say this because in the past it was an expensive option. You had to send video crews out to a customers site, or even yours, to do all of the video work. However, during pandemic we got a pass. A pass to do these over Zoom. Now we could kick these out at majorly reduced cost. People accepted this for obvious reasons, we were on lock down. I also believe that people enjoyed the authenticity of this type of raw interview style.

So basically we set up a 30 minute interview and asked all of the right questions. From this we were able to get 30 minutes of raw material that can then be edited into smaller clips. We handled all of the editing as well as all of the graphic design. We were kicking out some really great content from these.

The key here is obviously to have great editing and graphic design, which we have at TOUCH, but also ask the right questions. This is one of the places where having decades of experience in the VOIP industry comes in handy. We know what to ask. We also know what your prospects want to hear because we we were once selling on the street ourselves. The results have been phenomenal. Typically the interview lasts about 30 minutes and from there we can get anywhere from 5 to 10 good clips or segments as we call it. We take those segments and create a playlist on Youtube. This is where we start building rich relevant content. Testimonial videos help you with your sales process and it's also a way for us to touch your existing base of customers.

We can also do what we call Core Value videos. These are again a great way to begin to build your Youtube channel. They are a great way to use on your website, email blasts, newsletters... really everywhere! The hope is that a future prospect will find these on the web, view the video and say, "wow, I want to do business with these guys". Core Value videos help sell, brand, establish credibility. We do it the same way we do the testimonial videos. We start with a short 30 minute interview. We keep it fun and engaging. What we are trying to achieve is, authenticity.
