HOW TO BUILD STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Well I could tell you what doesn't build strong relationships...
Not ever contacting your customers. Think about it. How many customers do you have that purchased a phone system from you, like 5 plus years ago? What if that client hasn't interacted with you for multiple years other than to call in to replace a handset cord or reset their system? Do you think your clients will have any allegiance to you today?
It's just a no, nada, it's not going to help you in any way. You must keep connected to your customers and do it from day one. So all new customers will get put into the machine.
The machine reference is referring to a customer journey. This customer journey is fully developed and created by you. With the help of TOUCH of course.
