  Sometimes I sit here and wonder what do I want to write about. What is worth saying or better yet, what is worth you actually reading?     Well I could tell you what doesn't build strong relationships...  Not ever contacting your customers. Think about it. How many customers do you have that purchased a phone system from you, like 5 plus years ago? What if that client hasn't interacted with you for multiple years other than to call in to replace a handset cord or reset their system?     We started doing testimonial videos back on 2019. Pandemic was just getting ready to change our way of life. It was a great time to start these projects for our clients because it allowed us to accomplish this in a way that was now becoming acceptable. I say this because in the past it was an expensive option. You had to send video crews out to a customers site, or even yours, to do all of the video work. However, during pandemic we got a pass. A pass to do these over Zoom. Now we could kick these out at majorly reduced cost. People accepted this for obvious reasons, we were on lock down. I also believe that people enjoyed the authenticity of this type of raw interview style. So basically we set up a 30 minute interview and asked all of the right questions. From this we were able to get 30 minutes of raw material that can then be edited into smaller clips. We handled all of the editing as well as all of the graphic design.
