    We started doing testimonial videos back on 2019. Pandemic was just getting ready to change our way of life. It was a great time to start these projects for our clients because it allowed us to accomplish this in a way that was now becoming acceptable. I say this because in the past it was an expensive option. You had to send video crews out to a customers site, or even yours, to do all of the video work. However, during pandemic we got a pass. A pass to do these over Zoom. Now we could kick these out at majorly reduced cost. People accepted this for obvious reasons, we were on lock down. I also believe that people enjoyed the authenticity of this type of raw interview style. So basically we set up a 30 minute interview and asked all of the right questions. There are so many reasons to send out newsletters to your customers. If you are not incorporating this step into your business practice you may be missing the mark. Newsletters are a way to show your customers who you are. This piece of content is not something we recommend using as a way to sell.
